POSITION SUMMARY
PCCD is in control of calculating and monitoring of quantity and costing of agreed project budget per project.
DESCRIPTIONS OF FUNCTIONS
Control of Approved Project Budget
- Validation of cost-related request items (i.e. if within budget, etc.)
- Recording and monitoring of project expenses and savings (including overhead)
- Re-alignment of project cost as may be required.
- Projection of project cost at completion and savings
Issuance of Payment Certificate to Supplier / Sub Contractor
Check completeness of all attachments required.Scrutiny of cost related documents, to ensure that the same is valid to the item / s being billed.Preparation and issuance of Certificate of Payment.Preparation of Variation Orders
Coordinates with Project Management Team (PMT) in order to identify possible variation orders.Review of available resources (e.g. drawings, specifications, RFI, etc.) for the preparation of variation order / s.Preparation and submission of detailed cost estimate and other related attachments.Facilitates reconciliation and approval of variation orders.Report Generation
Generation of accurate monthly cost report and analysis in a consistent and standard format.Control and Safekeeping of Cost Related DocumentsQUALIFICATIONS
Must be a licensed Civil EngineerBackground with Cost Analysis, Cost Estimation, Billing Processes, Budget ManagementWilling to be assigned in Futura East, Building C - Felix Ave. Brgy. Santo Domingo, Cainta, Rizal CityCan start as soon as possible
