Job descriptionReceive orders of clients thru phone call, SMS message, facsimile message, and / or emailAccurately log orders on designated Order FormsPrepare correct sticker labels and other documents for delivery and shipment (such as packing list, transport certificate, and PAL forms)Sterilize vials and dispensing toolsPerform Daily Constancy on Dose CalibratorDispense radiopharmaceuticals (Tc99m / TI-201 / I-131)Pack radiopharmaceuticals for deliveryPerform strict Quality Control on radiopharmaceuticalsProper waste disposal and clean-up of assigned areaAssist in the inventory of supplies, etc.Assist in the management of radioactive wasteImmediately reports any untoward incident to Supervisor / ManagerEndorsement of unfinished tasksAccurately accomplish assigned tasksMaintain laboratory in clean and orderly condition;Perform other task as may be assigned from time to time JOB SPECIFICATIONS :Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Radiology Technology, Nursing, or an equivalent related medical courseTraining and Experience : Two (2) years of experience as a Laboratory Technician / Assistant in clinical laboratoryFresh graduates with impressive scholastic record are welcome to applyCan work with shifting schedulesCandidate must be willing to work at E.Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City
