This role requires a blend of strategic outreach, data-driven interviewing, and relationship management to support high-impact research across the healthcare technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate provider organizations to identify and engage the most relevant contacts for research participation
Schedule interviews and appointments with healthcare professionals via phone, email, and other outreach channels
Conduct phone interviews with executives, directors, and industry experts to assess the performance of healthcare technologies and servicesBuild strong rapport with stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and payer organizationsGuide providers through clients data, including website tours, demos, and critical report reviewsMaintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of research processesSupport additional duties as assigned to meet evolving project needsHard & Soft Skills :
