What Will You Be Doing?
As a BDC Service Representative , you will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth service appointment experience and providing exceptional customer support. Your role will encompass the following :
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to arrange service appointments and follow-ups.
- Initiating proactive outreach for service reminders, recalls, and recovering missed appointments.
- Delivering precise information regarding vehicle maintenance, warranties, pricing estimates, and recall notifications.
- Performing post-service follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recording interactions in CRM and scheduling systems, ensuring that all records are thorough and current.
- Working closely with dealership service advisors and fellow BDC teams to facilitate efficient service operations.
- Achieving objectives for call volumes, appointment conversions, and customer satisfaction ratings.
