We are seeking a skilled SEO Project Manager and SEO Content with experience in project management and content writing to join our SEO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, experience writing in different tones and styles, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to both content development and project oversight.

Job Responsibilities :

Project Management

Own SEO project management from start to finish by translating strategy into clear tasks and timelines to ensure timely, aligned delivery

Manage and prioritize SEO content pipelines, working cross-functionally with agencies, design, development, and marketing teams

Facilitate regular project status meetings, maintain progress documentation, and provide stakeholders with timely updates

Identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success

Content Creation

Research and write high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, landing pages, meta descriptions, and link building

Optimize key content types such as landing pages and product descriptions for maximum SEO impact

Implement on-page SEO elements such as title tags, headers, meta descriptions, internal linking, and strategic keyword placement

Stay informed about SEO and content marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements :

Proven experience as an SEO content writer and project manager

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience with CMS tools for posting and formatting content

Strong understanding of keyword research, content structure, and both on-page and off-page SEO

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush

Familiarity with AI writing tools and the ability to integrate them thoughtfully into content workflows

Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and communication skills

Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over results

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and content marketing

Track record of managing cross-functional SEO projects with measurable outcomes

Comfortable working with basic HTML / in-line styling in customer-facing content

Understanding of content intent (transactional, informational, commercial, navigational) and how it impacts strategy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
