Job descriptionBachelor’s in Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related field 10+ years in business intelligence / operations analytics, preferably in field-based or multi-stakeholder projects Skilled in Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), Data analysis (SQL, Python, Google BigQuery), Digital data collection (ODK, KoboToolbox, QField, XLSForm), Cloud platforms (Google Cloud), Collaboration tools (Airtable, Notion) Curiosity & learning mindset Systems thinking & analytical problem-solving Strong communication & adaptability Initiative & ownership
Job Description :
- Lead development of analytics tools and dashboards to monitor MRV activities
- Track implementation progress, resource use, logistics, and ensure accurate reporting
- Support compliance with MRV standards and strategic decision-making
- Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions
- Translate operational data into actionable insights
