About the Job :

The Vendor Specialist is a pivotal, dual-focused role that requires a strong blend of executive administrative support and end-to-end pharmaceutical procurement. This individual is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all vendor documentation and the full procurement cycle for multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with exceptional problem-solving skills who excels at managing complex information, anticipating needs, and independently completing projects in a fast-paced environment. They must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong communicator, capable of providing seamless support to our procurement operations.

What You'll Do :

  • Vendor and Data Management : Accurately update and maintain vendor and customer information across multiple systems and forms. Independently find and reconcile data from various sources to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all vendor documentation.
  • Pharmaceutical Procurement : Manage the full procurement cycle for all drugs by placing orders via electronic systems, email, and phone as required by each manufacturer and distributor. Ensure timely and accurate order placement to prevent supply chain disruptions.
  • Executive Administrative Support : Provide a high level of administrative support to procurement and vendor management operations. Anticipate project needs, proactively manage deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for vendor inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining strong professional relationships.

What You'll Bring :

  • Attention to Detail : Proven experience in a role requiring high accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Administrative Acumen : Demonstrated ability to provide executive-level administrative support, including independent project management and proactive problem-solving.
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in navigating and utilizing multiple software applications, databases, and other software systems.
  • Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle new challenges with a positive attitude
  • Can work on graveyard shift and on-site in a BPO setting

    25,500 - 31,000 PHP per month(Sands Office)
