This is a remote position.

As a Job Search Specialist , you’ll work closely with our clients to apply to jobs on their behalf and expand their professional network by reaching out to recruiters, hiring managers, and decision-makers directly from their profiles. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring clients are visible, active, and positioned for success in the market.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes data-entry job. You’ll act as a career proxy, thinking strategically, writing persuasively, and advocating for clients like their biggest supporter.

Responsibilities :

Find relevant job opportunities based on each client’s unique profile and goals.

Manage job tracking spreadsheets and ensure tailored submissions.

Coordinate with resume writers and outreach teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Act as a behind-the-scenes career assistant, making the job hunt stress-free for clients.

Track applications and recruiter engagement in internal systems

Personalize recruiter messages using provided templates, editing for tone and strategy

Help maintain consistency in client brand (voice, value, goals)

Meet weekly deadlines for application quotas and outreach

Provide quick updates and insights to the internal team on progress

Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times

Requirements

Excellent research and organizational skills.

Ability to juggle multiple clients / projects at once.

Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems.

Have experience in recruiting, job search assistance, or virtual assistant work

Are a fast writer and researcher with strong written communication

Are confident navigating profiles, customizing outreach messages, and following SOPs

Can adopt someone else’s tone and voice (you’ll be writing as the client)

Are empathetic and detail-oriented—you take pride in helping others feel seen

Are highly organized and can manage multiple client profiles at once

Can work in Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable (or are willing to learn)
