We are seeking a diligent, experienced, and detail-oriented Executive Search Researcher to join our executive search team. Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager, this newly created role will support end-to-end executive recruitment through exceptional research, database management, and talent pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Executive Search Research and Recruitment Administration, with advanced skills in JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel. The successful candidate will be highly responsive, proactive, and possess a positive attitude, as well as excellent written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Database Management (JobAdder) :
- Maintain, update, and improve the accuracy and integrity of candidate records.
- Monitor data hygiene and ensure consistent tagging and classification for effective reporting and pipeline development.
Candidate Research and Pipelining :
Conduct in-depth research to build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple functions, industries, and seniority levels.Identify and map talent pools aligned to client briefs and future hiring requirements.Prepare high-quality candidate profiles and summaries in Excel.LinkedIn Talent Sourcing :
Execute strategic sourcing via LinkedIn to identify and approach passive candidates.Develop and maintain research trackers and client-aligned candidate pools.Administrative Support :
Support search assignments with accurate research documentation and regular updates.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all research outputs meet quality and timeliness standards.CV Formatting :
o Back-up CV formatting as needed.Requirements
Proven experience in executive search research or recruitment administration, ideally supporting senior or C-level hiringAdvanced proficiency in JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Excel, skilled in sourcing, data management, and building candidate pipelineExperience working with an Australian recruitment firm and exposure to executive search researcher practices.Familiarity with the ASX market, understands publicly listed companies in Australia, and their talent landscapeComfortable using AI tools to enhance sourcing, data analysis, or workflow automationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in preparing candidate profiles and reportsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, ensures accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality outputsStrong analytical skills, able to interpret market trends and support informed hiring decisionsAble to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate with internal teams, and align with client expectationsCapable of working both independently and collaboratively in a professional, fast-paced environmentMaintains a high level of discretion, professionalism, and appreciation for confidentialityBrings a proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in executive search and talent strategyCommitted to quality, integrity, and continuous improvementAligned with values such as empathy, professionalism, and strategic insightIndustry knowledge or interest in the following sectors is highly regarded :

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires :
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)Use of time tracking software during work hoursActive participation in team and client calls with your camera ONConsistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shiftTreating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance taskPayroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary : PHP35,000 per month
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation : 6 months and after Probation
