This is a remote position.

We are seeking a diligent, experienced, and detail-oriented Executive Search Researcher to join our executive search team. Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager, this newly created role will support end-to-end executive recruitment through exceptional research, database management, and talent pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Executive Search Research and Recruitment Administration, with advanced skills in JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel. The successful candidate will be highly responsive, proactive, and possess a positive attitude, as well as excellent written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Database Management (JobAdder) :

  • Maintain, update, and improve the accuracy and integrity of candidate records.
  • Monitor data hygiene and ensure consistent tagging and classification for effective reporting and pipeline development.

Candidate Research and Pipelining :

  • Conduct in-depth research to build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple functions, industries, and seniority levels.
  • Identify and map talent pools aligned to client briefs and future hiring requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality candidate profiles and summaries in Excel.
  • LinkedIn Talent Sourcing :

  • Execute strategic sourcing via LinkedIn to identify and approach passive candidates.
  • Develop and maintain research trackers and client-aligned candidate pools.
  • Administrative Support :

  • Support search assignments with accurate research documentation and regular updates.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all research outputs meet quality and timeliness standards.
  • CV Formatting :

  • o Back-up CV formatting as needed.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive search research or recruitment administration, ideally supporting senior or C-level hiring
  • Advanced proficiency in JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Excel, skilled in sourcing, data management, and building candidate pipeline
  • Experience working with an Australian recruitment firm and exposure to executive search researcher practices.
  • Familiarity with the ASX market, understands publicly listed companies in Australia, and their talent landscape
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance sourcing, data analysis, or workflow automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in preparing candidate profiles and reports
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, ensures accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality outputs
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret market trends and support informed hiring decisions
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate with internal teams, and align with client expectations
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a professional, fast-paced environment
  • Maintains a high level of discretion, professionalism, and appreciation for confidentiality
  • Brings a proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in executive search and talent strategy
  • Committed to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement
  • Aligned with values such as empathy, professionalism, and strategic insight
  • Industry knowledge or interest in the following sectors is highly regarded :

  • Consumer, FMCG, and Retail – fast-moving goods and direct-to-consumer brands
  • Health and Life Sciences – pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and medical devices
  • Work Environment & Expectations

    While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

    This role requires :

  • Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
  • Use of time tracking software during work hours
  • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
  • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
  • Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
  • Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

    Benefits

    1. Monthly Salary : PHP35,000 per month

    2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

    3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

    4. Probation : 6 months and after Probation

  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
  • 5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation

    6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

    7. Annual Salary Review

    8. Laptop provided after 30 days

    9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

    10. SHIFT TIMES : 7AM to 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
