Job Role : -Execution of business unit sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth. Development of key accounts. -Management and maintenance of sales funnel and ensures all sales administration is kept current using the Database. -Performance of all necessary sales processes using the agreed platform. -Seeks out new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media. -Preparation and conduct of appropriate product discussions. -Ensures company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients. -Ensures delivery of consistent customer service levels that exceed client requirements. -Meets with customers and actively listens to their needs. -Coordinates company's resources and technical support when necessary to best address customer issues / feedback. -Achievement of targets and following controls of budgets to contribute to the business unit profitability. -Seeks and communicates market intelligence to the company. -Provides and interprets detailed monthly reporting on sales activity, customer service levels, and sales achievement for the business unit. -Development of annual plan and monthly activity plan necessary to ensure the success of the business unit goals and strategies. -Updates job and product knowledge by participating in educational and learning opportunities. Qualifications : -Academic degree in Chemistry, Food Technology and Chemical Engineering Agriculture, Food and Beverages, Power and Petroleum -2 years of professional experience in Laboratory and B2B Sales -A professional license in chemistry or chemical engineering is an advantage -Must have good written and oral communication skills -Ability to commute / relocate : -Davao and Cagayan de Oro : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) -Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Salary Range : ₱26,000.00 - ₱30,000.00 per month
