We’re looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to lead our online content, elevate our digital presence, and drive measurable growth across platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage all content across digital platforms — including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.

Create compelling and trend-driven content that reflects the brand and resonates with the WW audience.

Monitor media, social, and pop culture for trending wedding, entertainment, and lifestyle stories relevant to our community.

Drive traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.

Optimise the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalisation.

Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to uncover new opportunities for content growth beyond search.

Collaborate with our broad network of stakeholders — including influencers, industry experts, and business partners.

Manage the site during promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring content is on-brand and timely.

Continually refine strategies to improve digital experiences and community engagement.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a digital, content, or lifestyle / weddings company.

Strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.

Proven experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, with strategies tailored for each.

Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display.

Understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).

Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics (essential).

Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into community growth and sales.

Proactive, creative, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.

Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.

Confident communicator with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders.
