Job Overview
We are seeking a Brand & Social Media Manager who will also manage content creation and social media for our architectural firm. This role will focus on shaping and elevating the firm’s brand identity, communicating our design philosophy, and positioning the company as a trusted leader in the architecture and design industry. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for communicating ideas that highlight innovation, design excellence, and client impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a brand strategy that reflects the firm’s vision, values, and architectural expertise.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (behind-the-scenes design stories, thought-leadership articles, short videos, reels, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and leadership to support business development and client relationships.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to identify positioning opportunities and ensure the firm stands out in the market.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, using analytics to refine and optimize performance.
- Build a strong online presence by fostering engagement with followers, prospective clients, and industry partners.
- Manage social media advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive brand awareness
- Stay updated on architectural design trends, sustainability conversations, and industry news to integrate into brand strategy.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Brand Strategist, Social Media Manager, or Content Creator, preferably in the architecture, design, or real estate industries.Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and content creation for professional services or creative industries.Excellent skills in storytelling, copywriting, and brand positioning.Proficiency with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).Experience with B2B and professional branding on platforms like LinkedIn, as well as visual storytelling for Instagram and similar channels.Strong eye for aesthetics and ability to translate architectural concepts into engaging digital content.Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with business goals.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
