Job Title : Marketing Virtual Assistant

Contractor Fee : $1,500-$2,500 / month (USD)

Work Arrangement : Remote

Engagement Type : Independent Contractor

Commitment : Full-time (Approx. 40 hours / week)

About This Role :

We’re hiring a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our expanding marketing efforts. This role will involve administrative support, content coordination, and assisting with client engagement and social media management.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to emails and inquiries from interested brands and schedule calls

Update Airtable, Slack, and CRM with accurate meeting data

Engage with prospects on LinkedIn, sending connection requests and scheduling calls

Use AI tools to summarize call recordings and draft text-only emails for clients

Draft weekly and monthly recaps of client feedback and trends

Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, such as ebooks or cross-promotions

Create content based on client interactions and industry insights

Manage social media content, repurposing ideas for various channels

Assist with writing blog posts and lead magnets for clients

Support content creation using AI tools and ensure quality before client distribution

Qualifications :

3-5 years of freelancing experience

Experience in marketing and content creation

Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 / C2 level)

Proficient in administrative tasks and client management

Familiarity with social media platforms and content repurposing

Tech-savvy with the ability to use tools like Slack, Airtable, and Google Suite

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Some experience or aptitude in using AI tools for content generation

Ability to create and manage content for different marketing channels

Shift Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM US Timezone
