Job Description : Director of Sales and Marketing

Location : Remote (Philippines-based)

Hours : Full-time, US time zone alignment preferred

What You'll Do : Lead From the Front

  • Act as the right hand to the CEO in all things sales and marketing.
  • Train and empower the Sales Manager, but step in to close high-stakes sales meetings when necessary.
  • Serve as the “closer” and lead strategist for complex opportunities and partnerships.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive all outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Build, refine, and own the entire sales pipeline—from cold outreach to signed contracts.
  • Fully manage Go High Level CRM, ensuring all automations, tags, pipelines, and campaigns are optimized.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Own and execute strategies for Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Direct website optimization and content marketing for lead generation.
  • Plan and manage email campaigns, nurture sequences, social media, and retargeting funnels.
  • Team & Operations

  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews for sales staff.
  • Foster a resilient, results-focused, and collaborative culture.
  • Step in and fill operational gaps as needed. You’re a leader who ensures the mission moves forward—no matter what.
  • Key Performance Indicators :

  • Qualified Leads : Generate 100+ qualified leads per month.
  • Sales Conversions : Close 40–60% of leads with clear attribution to team or self.
  • Revenue Growth : Contribute to at least 35% quarter-over-quarter growth.
  • CRM Mastery : 100% clean, up-to-date CRM with functioning automations.
  • Ad ROAS : Maintain 3 : 1 or higher return on ad spend.
  • Team Development : Bi-weekly training for the Sales Manager; measurable team improvement each quarter.
  • Owner Support : Step in on 100% of escalated or complex deals.
  • You Are :

  • A self-starter who thrives on accountability, execution, and high performance.
  • A confident communicator and closer, fluent in English and persuasive storytelling.
  • Experienced in leading remote teams, digital campaigns, and full-funnel sales systems.
  • Highly familiar with Go High Level, paid ad platforms, and service-based business sales.

    Pay : Php70,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
