Job Title : Part-Time Administrative Virtual Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish)

Location : Remote

Job Type : Part-Time

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide scheduling and administrative support. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English , have experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically AdvanceMD , and be comfortable handling administrative tasks efficiently. PLEASE NOTE : ONLY CANDIDATES WITH UPDATED CV AND AN INTRO VIDEO WILL BE PROCESSED.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations.
  • Maintain and update EHR (AdvanceMD) with patient information.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and rescheduling .
  • Handle administrative tasks , including data entry, email management, and document organization.
  • Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking patients to assist with inquiries and support.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality protocols .

Requirements :

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience with AdvanceMD EHR and familiarity with medical scheduling.
  • Prior experience as an Administrative VA or Medical Scheduler preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills .
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Female candidates preferred (as per company preference).

  • Part-time position (Flexible hours, to be discussed).
