Ensuring accurate and optimized product listings to improve searchability. Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. Overseeing website updates and platform functionality to maintain a seamless user experience. Handling customer inquiries and concerns to build long-term relationships. Implementing promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales. Staying updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
Required Experience :
✓ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✓ Experience in managing e-commerce platforms or digital marketing.
✓ Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
✓ Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing techniques.
✓ Strong analytical and communication skills.
✓ Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Experience in managing an online store, inventory, or e-commerce operations.
