Salary Range : 35k-40k

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design related to the Furniture Industry
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Able to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proven sales and business development experience – A strong track record in securing business and growing accounts
• Analytical and strategic thinking – Able to analyze market trends and create actionable strategies
• Leadership and project management skills – Capable of leading teams and handling project execution
• Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant tools – Experience with software used for lead tracking and performance management
• Furniture industry background is a must – Candidates must have industry-specific experience
