Role Overview

Finance Lead for Regional Key Accounts (RKA) is responsible to effectively discharge the finance function as business partner to Commercial Team. The Finance Lead shall coordinate and ensure compliance with the objectives of the administrative area ensuring adherence to policies and procedures established by the Company, maximizing the utilization of company resources by simplifying processes, standardizing best practices, ensuring P&L reporting, accounts receivable management, budget management and participate in customer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in customer negotiations leading financial simulations and analyses.
• Manages DMI budget, tracking customer DMI earnings and utilizations, and ensuring reasonability of accruals.
• Ensures customer receivables are monitored and execute follow through.
• Reviews customer’s pay-out & deductions and ensures all claims are legitimate. Closing Activities
• Ensures the effective administration of the following process aligned to company policies, with overall intent supporting the profitability of the RKA : TTA negotiations and approval, Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) analysis and Credit Management
• Use financial information (P&L, BS, Macro-economic) to conduct analytics and provide insights to Commercial
• Cost-to-Serve analysis that would help RKA to increase profitability.
• Conduct pre-implementation analysis and post-mortem analysis of commercial initiatives / program.
• Partner with commercial for tactical and strategic initiatives to ensure delivery of topline / bottom line commitments.
• Partner with commercial for revenue growth modeling for each channel.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking analysis and provide insights.
