Java EE Developer (Mid to Senior Level)

We are seeking Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE / Jakarta EE) Developers at both Mid and Senior levels to join our growing development team. As part of our Agile squads, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications while mentoring junior developers and participating in architectural discussions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Java EE-based applications aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Create and interpret UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence, etc.)
• Apply appropriate design patterns to solve architectural and development challenges
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers (especially for Senior roles)
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Work with tools like Git , JIRA , Confluence , and popular IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ)
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
• Debug and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
