Job Description

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving revenue growth.
• Lead impactful client presentations that showcase our premium real estate projects.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to stay ahead of market trends.
• Train, mentor, and build a strong sales force that delivers outstanding results.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to optimize performance and drive success.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus!).
• Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker .
• Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service .
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive teams.
• 4+ years of experience leading sales teams , with expertise in :
• Recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales professionals.
• Sales strategy development and execution.
• Managing and mentoring 2 Sales Managers.
