Are you a skilled Appointment Setter with a knack for communication and a background in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry? We're looking for a driven professional who can confidently handle outbound outreach and schedule high-quality meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and send follow-ups to warm and cold leads.

Qualify prospects and set appointments for our sales or project teams.

Maintain and update CRM records accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up.

Communicate professionally and clearly with leads via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar client-facing role.

Strong communication and persuasion skills (English proficiency required).

Must have experience working with UK clients or during UK time zones.

• Preferably with AEC industry knowledge (architecture, engineering, or construction services).

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GHL).

Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Immediate availability is highly preferred

Experience working remotely with international teams

Understanding of B2B lead generation strategies

Previous work with construction firms, architects, or design studios
