Our Credit Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City in the role of Credit Review Officer.
In this role you will provide a thorough and independent assessment of the credit quality of the bank's corporate accounts portfolio and evaluate credit risks from risk-taking units, including conducting periodic, independent Portfolio Quality Reviews (PQRs) for the Board.

What the role will entail
- Perform independent credit review and risk rating of corporate accounts managed by Corporate Banking Group (CBG), Treasury, and Trust, ensuring the appropriateness of recommended credit ratings.
- Maintain and update the credit risk rating framework to ensure its continued relevance and compliance.
- Monitor impaired CBG accounts, including reviewing past-due reports and vetting Discounted Cashflow Reports prepared by CBG.
- Conduct interim reviews of watchlisted and adversely classified accounts to proactively manage credit exposure.
- Execute credit due diligence on proposals for covered businesses, ensuring proper evaluation of the 5 Cs of Credit (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions).
- Conduct credit evaluations for various areas, including Treasury counterparties (banks / FIs) and Mortgage developer accreditation for the End-buyer Financing Program.
- Support the Loan Committee process by preparing minutes and vetting final Communications / Memoranda (COMs) for compliance with required mandates.
What we're looking for
Holder of a Bachelor's degreePossess 3-5 years of professional experience in a credit analysis or account management capacityStrong foundation in core technical competencies including Credit Analysis, Finance, Accounting, and Economics, complemented by excellent oral / written communication and presentation skills.Demonstrate key behavioral competencies such as intuition, independence, objectivity, keen attention to detail, and a flexible, results-driven, and open-minded approach.What you can expect from joining our team
