Client Profile : A manufacturing company provides importing construction materials and automotive industry in the Philippines for over 12 years.
Position : HR and Admin Staff
Industry : Manufacturing Company
Location : Lipa City, Batangas
Salary : Offer up to Php30,000
Schedule : Monday to Saturday (Dayshift)
Work Set up : Work on site

Job Requirements :
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
✨At least 2 years of work experience in HR and Admin role
✨Experience working in a PEZA registered company.
✨Willing to work fully on site
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
✨Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
✨ Responsible for recruiting applicants.
✨Assisting HR manager in policy making, hiring and salary.
✨Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.
