Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the interpretation of financial data Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity for cross-functional collaboration Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls CPA certification is preferred
