Head of Supply Chain

Job Summary

We're looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless procurement, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution across our 250-store network of beauty services, product retail, and cafés. This role is pivotal in balancing cost efficiency, operational reliability, and innovation to support our growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Supply Chain, you'll be the strategic leader responsible for :

• Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute a supply chain strategy aligned with our business goals. You'll build a resilient model with contingency plans for any disruptions.
• Procurement & Sourcing : Oversee the strategic sourcing of all beauty and café-related goods. This includes negotiating supplier contracts to ensure quality and value, as well as managing supplier relationships and risk.
• Logistics & Distribution : Manage our centralized hubs and design efficient last-mile delivery systems for our 250 stores, minimizing costs while ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Inventory & Demand Planning : Implement robust demand forecasting models to balance inventory levels across all locations, minimizing stockouts and overstock.
• Performance & Compliance : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory turnover, and logistics costs. You'll champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and food safety standards.
