Requirements :

✨Bachelor's degree or diploma holder

✨With at least 2 to 3 years 'of experience in project coordination, support, or a similar role

✨With experience in coordination activities in relation to events and contract management.

✨Willing to work in a project based(6months)

✨Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities :

✨ ✨ Provides project and program support to designated functional groups or business processes.

✨ Monitors and tracks the status, budgets, and timelines of projects, programs, and systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

✨ Ensures project compliance with established frameworks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for all project phases.

✨ Develops and manages project calendars to support the timely achievement of goals and objectives.

✨ Delivers technical and operational support, including conducting system or program training, preparing documentation, extracting and analyzing data, tracking progress, and performing coding or configuration tasks as required.
