QA / QC Engineer – Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL) & Substation Projects

Eligibility Criteria :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

ISO 9001 : 2015 Certification (Internal Auditor – Preferred)

5 to 10 years of proven experience in QA / QC roles

Hands-on experience in Execution of Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects

Valid passport with at least 9 months of validity

Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor QA / QC systems, procedures, and plans at the project site
• Carry out QA / QC activities during execution of OHTL or Substation works including foundation , tower erection , and stringing
• Conduct inspections of incoming materials and on-site activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on all quality-related matters
• Prepare and maintain all QA / QC documentation such as ITPs, checklists, method statements, NCRs, and quality reports
• Oversee and verify material testing; review and approve related test reports
• Lead internal quality audits and ensure timely updates of all QA / QC records
• Identify, report, and assist in the resolution of non-conformances in collaboration with site teams
• Support the construction team in implementing and maintaining project quality and safety standards
