Financial Customer Service Representative Credit Card Account

Foundever is looking for Financial Customer Service Representatives to join our US Credit Card Account. This role focuses on helping customers manage their credit card concerns and providing accurate information about transactions, payments, and account inquiries.

Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding credit card and account concerns

Process transactions and assist with billing or payment issues

Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining quality standards

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with financial guidelines

Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
