A Shares services company that was built since 1977 in Germany that cater multi products and services globally related to healthcare. Such as medicines, medical machineries and health products.

Position : Operations Manager - APAC and NALA

Company Industry : Shared Services

Work Location : Taguig City

Work Schedule : 2x a week onsite

Salary : Php 120,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor Degree Holder

✨ At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing

✨ At least 2 years in a managerial role

✨ Willing to manage operations across multiple time zones

✨ Willing to work in Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Supervised the invoice processing workflow for APAC and NALA, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).

✨Handle the resolution of parked and blocked invoices, ensuring adherence to aging standards.

✨ Manage compliance with local tax and regulatory

✨ Guide a team of invoice processing processors, setting clear goals and performance metrics.

✨ Cooperate with procurement, finance, and payment teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
