Management Information Systems Officer

Job Purpose

The position is primarily responsible in maintenance and operationalization of the Business Loans and Deposits Portfolio Dashboards and assisting the business units perform portfolio analysis.

Main Accountabilities

• Timely and accurate production of the regular Loans and Deposits Portfolio Dashboards by business units to monitor, evaluate, and forecast business volume and profitability performance.
• Produce portfolio reports through SAS, Excel, or any other similar software based on the agreed upon specifications by business heads and specialists.
• Properly document reports procedures to ensure consistency on dashboards preparation.
• Provide quality customer service to the team’s internal customers.
• Collaborate with MIS head on updating the dashboard format needed in accomplishing the business dashboards.
