This role also includes assisting in employee engagement such as planning and executing employee events and activities on monthly and quarterly basis and handling employee relations and labor concerns such as disciplinary cases following specific format and protocol, from filing of statements and incident reports of individuals to organizing and administration of admin hearings, to resolving the case with appropriate sanctions.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Human Resource Development Management, BS Psychology or any related course.
Must be good in verbal and written communication
With at least 6 months experience handling the same position
Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong teamwork spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
JOB SPECIFICIATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Responsible for managing and maintaining employer-employee relationships.
Provide guidance on employee policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Establish and maintain positive employee relations, resolving employee conflicts and complaints.
Manage end-to-end processing of employee recognition and cases, including but not limited to reviewing incident reports, drafting and issuing explanation notices, violation notices, conducting administrative investigations and / or hearings, etc.
Prepare monthly reports on employee disciplinary actions.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with knowledge in employee and labor relations, employee discipline, and compliance.
