We are seeking an experienced Sales Administration Head — a strong leader who can drive efficiency, streamline sales processes, and empower teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end sales administration, from contract processing to documentation and compliance.
- Develop and execute efficient systems, workflows, and process improvements that strengthen overall productivity.
- Manage and mentor a sales admin team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data to support business reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and senior management to align objectives and ensure seamless coordination.
- Generate and present sales performance reports and forecasts to support company growth targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or any related course.At least 5 years of leadership experience in sales administration, ideally in the real estate or property development industry.Strong understanding of contract management, CRM systems, and sales operations processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented — with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.Why Join This Opportunity
