Job description

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Ayala, Makati)

Shift Schedule : Night shift

Requirements :

  • College Graduate
  • CPA (Preference)
  • Preparation of Journal Entries
  • Balance Sheet
  • General Ledger Management
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Financial Reporting
  • Preparation of Invoices
  • Supports Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Close
  • Financial Analysis
  • Inventory Reporting
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor inventory staff :   This includes providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Oversee daily operations :   This involves managing the flow of inventory, ensuring accurate data entry, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Delegate tasks and manage schedules :   This ensures efficient workflow and optimal resource allocation within the inventory team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement :   This involves identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
