Bid and Procurement Manager - San Juan City

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Bid and Procurement Manager to lead our efforts in securing government and private sector projects. This individual will be responsible for managing the bidding and documentation process, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and confidently engaging with stakeholders, contractors, procurement officers and decision-makers.

Qualifications :

 Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or related fields.

 At least 5 years of experience in procurement or bidding (preferably in AEC industry)

 Proven track record of success in securing private and government contracts through competitive bidding processes.

 Strong working knowledge of RA 9184 and government procurement processes

 Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills

 Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging high-level stakeholders

 Trustworthy and detail-oriented

 Familiarity with PhilGEPS and Bid and Awards Committee procedures required

 Experience in contract review and legal compliance a plus

Key Responsibilities :

 Identify and qualify private and government bidding opportunities through proactive research, networking, and monitoring of procurement portals like PhilGEPS and other relevant platforms.

 Prepare and submit complete and compliant bid documents.

 Manage the entire bidding process — from strategy to submission and negotiation

 Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to compile required documentation

 Represent the company in pre-bid meetings and bid openings

 Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders

 Review contracts and ensure compliance with RA 9184 and related laws

 Keep bidding records organized and up to date

 Stay informed on procurement trends and legal updates

Salary Range : Php 40,000 - Php 60,000
