1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and tax compliance.
2. Prepare and review monthly financial and management reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission to management.
3. Manage and supervise credit and collection activities, ensuring proper follow-up of receivables and maintaining good cash flow.
4. Monitor and control inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy between system records and physical counts.
5. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
6. Lead, train, and support the accounting team to achieve departmental goals and continuously improve accounting processes.
