Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder

✨Open for Undergraduates

✨At least 1 year of work experience as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry

✨ Willing to work on site

✨Amenable to work at shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails.

✨ Assist customers with product and service inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

✨ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.

✨ Manage and resolve escalated issues by coordinating with internal teams.

✨ Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and service.
