Responsibilities

Import / Export Airfreight

Import / Export Registration

Consol Listing and Registration

Shipment Registration

Chasing documents

Edoc / Uploading of Docs

Send pre alerts, arrival notices, delay notices and outturn reports

Bill of Lading creation

Packing details update

Brokerage job registration

Flight schedule management and updates

Shipment auto rating

Email inbox management

Booking airfreight deliveries

Requirements

At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST

Preferably licensed broker and with import / export shipment data entry experience

With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills

Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required

Knowledgeable in MS Office and computer literacy

Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written

Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned

Must be willing to work in Ortigas site
