Line Maintenance Technician - Guyong Sta. Maria Bulacan

Qualifications :

Bachelor's / College Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering

With at least 2 years of experience in machine maintenance / repair (line maintenance and facilities)

Knowledgeable on the principles of PLC and hydraulic operation

With knowledge and troubleshooting skills on electro-mechanical equipment / machine

Willing to work in shifting schedules.

Willing to work in Guyong Sta. Maria Bulacan

Can start immediately

Responsibilities :

• Will provide technical assistance to the Maintenance Leadman and Foremen in terms of machinery maintenance (production engineering- line maintenance) and facility engineering (building maintenance)
• Will conduct testing of manufacturing machine / equipments
• Will repair electro- mechanical equipment, installation, aligning and balancing of new equipments, pipe fitting; boiler making, insulation, welding, machining
• Clean / lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery, repair / replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and re- assemble equipment.
• Maintain and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly
