Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management : Oversee the accurate and efficient management of inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution of food products.
• Order Fulfillment : Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Work closely with the sales and production teams to manage order priorities and deadlines.
• Logistics and Distribution : Manage logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and receiving activities. Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and manage relationships with third-party logistics partners. Optimize routing and scheduling to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Staff Management : Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about warehouse processes and safety procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Safety and Compliance : Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP). Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to address any issues. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Location : Las Piñas City, Manila

Schedule : Monday to Friday - 8 : 00am to 6 : 30pm

Salary : Pay : Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
