Requirements :

・Experience working in a sewing factory / clothing manufacturing in the Philippines or overseas for at least 2 years.

・Japanese speaker(at least N2 level)

・Conversational - Business English level

・Experience in customer-facing roles, such as front desk reception or customer service.

・Handling technical inquiries from the Japanese side via phone and email.

・Providing technical guidance to local staff.

・Monitoring the process until delivery (quality control).

・Providing after-sales support, etc.
