QA Lead - Horticulturist

The Junior Horticulturist / Landscape Lead should possess a comprehensive understanding and in-depth knowledge of a wide range of trees and plants, soil types, plant cultivation, and landscape design principles, with primary responsibility of maintaining a variety of landscapes. S / he will collaborate with the senior horticulturists and work with the management team on supervising site operations and project development.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Landscape Management and Monitoring

• Monthly monitoring of landscapes- compile and analyze remote monitoring data to create regular reports on landscape maintenance activities
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for various landscapes.
• Conduct regular meetings with the operations team to discuss the status of the landscape and future improvements.
• Regular site visit and preparation of monthly landscape maintenance program for projects covered by the Landscape Management contract.
• Identify and diagnose pests, diseases, and other issues affecting plant vitality
• Give effective soil amendment plans for optimizing soil health to support robust plant growth and enhance the overall quality of landscapes.
• Answer to client inquiries and give proper recommendation based on the specific need of the project
