Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Open to undergraduates)

✨ At least 1 year of sales experience

✨ Real estate experience is a strong advantage

✨ Amenable to start immediately

✨ Willing to attend face-to-face interviews in Binondo, Manila

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Represent clients during property negotiations to secure the best possible terms and agreements

✨ Market properties through online listings, advertisements, and open house events

✨ Present and highlight property features to prospective buyers in an engaging and informative manner

✨ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process

✨ Manage administrative and marketing tasks, including preparing materials, maintaining property listings, and coordinating documentation related to property sales
