Japanese Bilingual Travel Staff (47746) - Makati

Required Experience :

・2–3 years of solid experience in booking and reservations operations (travel agency, airline, or related industry).

・Hands-on expertise with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Oscar, etc. (minimum 1 year).

・Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) – able to communicate confidently with Japanese clients.

・Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).

・Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite / Workspace tools.

・Strong customer service orientation, with great attention to detail and accuracy.

・Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

・A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.

・Experience in the Travel & Leisure industry or BPO handling travel accounts is highly preferred

・Knowledge of additional GDS systems or advanced travel booking tools is a plus

・Flexibility to work on shifting schedules (holidays, weekends, day / mid / night).

・Provide accurate information on destinations, schedules, and travel requirements.

・Book flights, accommodations, and tours promptly and correctly in the system.

・Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests.

・Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.

・Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and policies.
