Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
• Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies), ensuring compliance and effective communication.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and analyze payroll and benefits reports for management review and decision-making.
• Supervise and provide guidance to payroll and benefits staff, fostering a productive team environment.
