Business Solutions Manager

JOB SUMMARY : Business Solutions Manager oversees and optimizes an organization's business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance supporting Commercial.

BSM creates and analyzes workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implements changes to streamline operations.

This role is crucial for ensuring that processes align with the company's strategic goals and contribute to its success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop new processes or reengineer existing ones to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.

Oversee the implementation of process changes, automation, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Continuously monitoring the effectiveness of implemented processes, gathering data, and making adjustments as needed.

In-charge of all UAT testing and training of system migrations relating to commercial.

Responsible for process documentation and work scope requirements gathering for any product development or tools selection.

Work with various departments and stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and ensure buy-in for process changes.

Manage stakeholder engagement and coordination to ensure the deadlines and requirements of the job are met.

JOB SPECIFICATION : Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business-related, or other relevant disciplines.

At least 5 years in Project Management, preferably in e-commerce platforms or the retail industry.

Experience in platform handling is a plus.

Demonstrates a clear understanding of the company's vision and mission and is able to effectively communicate them to others.

Maintains a thorough understanding of company rules and regulations, and consistently adheres to them in all work activities.

Can adapt and learn new systems launches and is able to effectively utilize these systems.

Understands E-commerce, metrics, activations and tools.

Knowledge in promo enrollment and product listing.

Is a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of initiative in all work activities.

Possesses a strong command of basic Microsoft functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to use these tools effectively in a professional setting.

Possesses understanding of key business drivers and financial systems.
