Service Ambassador

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE

2. At least a college graduate

3. Willing to do field work

4. Preferably own a motorcycle

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Does client visit based on the monthly coverage plan to ensure that the machine are working efficiently.

2. Checks the Accounts inventory and stocks availability, and informs the concerned Accounts Specialist.

3. Attends to Accounts machine Service Report and concerns.

4. Monitors machine performance during Demo Sampling.

5. Validates Accounts status onsite ( Unproductive and Accounts with No order ).

6. Helps Logistics for urgent deliveries.

7. Collection support on billings .
