Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Sales Specialist on behalf of a multinational medical device company. The role will plan, direct and lead the development and execution of sales strategies with the territory assigned. Role will report to the NSM and will be covering Luzon / Metro Manila territories.
Key Responsibilities :
- Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget and account development targets
- Develop and execute accurate and on-going sales plan to achieve sales objectives
- Identify opportunities within current and new customer base; develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and account penetrations
- Strategically leverage the full product portfolio to maximize sales and share performance
- Monitor key market trends and competitive market information and informs sales management of relevant data / changes
- Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure, effective time management and territory coverage efficiency
- Effectively manage expenses to drive business growth and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Adhere to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements
Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, administrators, etc. that drive business and therapy adoption
Drive value in accounts through disciplined pricing resulting in strong SPAProbe to understand and confirm customer needs, effectively engages and overcomes customer objectionsEffectively plan and educate referral channels to drive expected outcomesEffectively build consensus, gains appropriate commitments and closes businessPlan and implement effective sales / product presentations to customersMaintain and expand existing business; develop new business opportunitiesParticipate in product and skills development programs, managing own self developmentMaintain strong ongoing knowledge of the reimbursement landscapeMinimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in relating to marketing, business administration or medical-related coursesMust have direct sales experience in medical devices; preferably in surgical / critical care portfoliosKnowledge and experience in operating room, hospital, and physician's office protocol / conduct is an advantageExcellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skillsAbility to educate medical personnel, peers and technical support personnelDemonstrated ability to work independently and drive resultsPresentation skills / Business planning skillsDemonstrated ability to embrace the use of technology and applications to provide an effective selling experienceMust be willing to do field-work
