Solutions Marketing Lead

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business goals and target audience needs.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer pain needs, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Plan, execute and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns together with other marketing teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs. Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
• Identify new market opportunities and tailor marketing strategies to address customer needs.
• Analyze competitor’s strategies to position the company’s solutions effectively.
• Work closely with the sales team, internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors to develop sales enablement tools and customer engagement initiatives, including presentation kits, training sessions, insighting activities, relationship‑building initiatives, digital content, case studies, product demos, etc.
• Help establish marketing as a ‘thought leader’ by focusing on creating valuable, original content, sharing insightful perspectives and actively engaging with key internal stakeholders.
• Lead / Assist in the execution of special / tactical projects that may be assigned by CMC Head or Management.
