The Risk and Compliance Analyst ensures that business operations follow internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements. The role involves conducting compliance reviews, identifying risks, and supporting the implementation of strong control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end compliance audits and internal control checks.
Assess processes for regulatory, policy, and contract compliance.
Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and maintain audit documentation.
Monitor regulatory updates and assist with reports and audit responses.
Analyze compliance data to identify trends and prepare clear audit reports.
Work with internal teams, auditors, and external partners to support compliance initiatives.
Manage assigned compliance projects and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Experience in a regulated industry or auditing environment preferred.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the retail energy industry (electricity or gas), including regulatory or compliance exposure.
Background in control testing, audit reporting, or compliance tools.
