Work Location : Clark, Pampanga

Work Schedule : Shifting Schedule

Salary : Php27,000 - Php40,000 package

Work Set Up : Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENT :

✨Bachelor's Degree holder

✨With at least 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO Set Up.

✨Has experience as a Tech Support is an advantage

✨Amenable to work on shifting schedule

✨Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨Identify training needs.

✨Provide on-floor follow-up assistance to maintain learning and enhance performance.

✨Exhibits a course design approaches.

✨Exhibits content creation and upholds proper approach.

✨Creating and managing multicultural teams

✨Handling conflicts

✨ Admin task as doing reports

✨ Plan trainings while making the most of the resources at hand

✨ Assures timely execution of the training strategy and delivery.

✨ Capable of improving team and process efficiencies
